Prepare for freezing

Note: if the refrigerator has just been defrosted, before loading, make sure the refrigerator is dry.

1. Open door.

2. Check that there are no foreign objects left in the cabinet, such as tools, trays, rags, etc.

3. Transfer the freezer tray to the tray rack. The tray is arranged to ensure ventilation between the products as in the design.

4. Check to make sure the trays are empty.

5. Close the cabinet door.

Freezing

1. Check to confirm that the system is ready for cold supply.

2. Turn on the circuit breaker supplying power to the cabinet.

3. Supply fluid to the cabinet.

1. Cut off the fluid supply to the evaporator.

2. Wait a while for the refrigeration unit to be pumped down. The length of time depends on the capacity of the cooling system.

3. Disconnect power supply to the cabinet’s electrical cabinet.

4. Open the door.

5. Take out the tray.

Defrost

1. Turn off the electrical circuit breaker of the electrical cabinet before defrosting.

2. Open the defroster water supply solenoid valve.

3. During the defrosting process, leave the door open to allow water to drain

4. Defrosting time (about 30 minutes) depends on temperature and defrost water flow.

Cleaning
