Freezing Principle
The product is continuously moved through the freezing chamber on a flat belt conveyor made of food-grade stainless steel. Through the air distribution system designed according to the COANDA effect, high-speed cold air blows directly and continuously onto the upper and lower surfaces of the product. These cold air streams quickly create a thin layer of ice around the product surface, reducing water loss and product deformation. The COANDA effect, along with the high thermal conductivity of the conveyor belt, ensures fast and uniform freezing.
Insulated Freezing Chamber Panels
The wall, ceiling, and floor panels are insulated with 125mm thick polyurethane, density 40-42kg/m3, sprayed with high-pressure machines.
+ Wall panels: Inner surface coated with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 Stainless Steel, outer surface coated with 0.8mm thick SUS 304 Stainless Steel with scratch-resistant protective film.
+ Ceiling panels: Inner surface coated with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 Stainless Steel, outer surface coated with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 Stainless Steel with scratch-resistant protective film.
+ Floor panels: Inner surface coated with 1.2mm thick SUS 304 Stainless Steel, outer surface coated with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 Stainless Steel, cast and welded together, waterproof.ớc. IQF floor is sloped to drain completely during cleaning.
+ Access Doors for Cleaning and Maintenance
The doors are insulated with 125mm thick polyurethane, density 40-42kg/m3. . Both sides of the door are covered with 0.8mm thick SUS 304 Stainless Steel with scratch-resistant protective film. Locks, door hinges made of SUS 304 Stainless Steel or plastic. The doors are equipped with silicone sealing gaskets, defrosting heating elements, and locks with internal locking mechanism.
Conveyor Belt
Uses a specialized flat belt conveyor for the seafood processing industry, made of high-grade stainless steel with high thermal conductivity, meeting the most stringent food safety and hygiene standards.
Evaporator
The evaporator heat exchanger tubes are made of stainless steel or copper, with aluminum fins depending on the refrigeration system. The technical specifications of the evaporator are calculated and selected optimally to ensure high heat exchange efficiency, continuous operation for a long time, and energy cost savings. The evaporator equipment is supplied by renowned suppliers such as Guntner, Thermofin, Kelvion (EU).
Evaporator Fans
The fans are made of aluminum alloy, high efficiency, low energy consumption, supplied by Ziehl-Abegg or Rosenberg of Germany
The fan motor is specially designed for IQF, with IP56 standard for complete insulation and moisture resistance. The motor casing is coated with a special protective layer to ensure durable operation in deep cold environments. The motors are provided by ABB or WEG.
Control Cabinet
The control cabinet is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, with functions to prevent moisture and water ingress. Equipment and components come from famous brands from the EU, USA, or Japan such as Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens ABB, and Mitsubishi.
