Working principle

The refrigerant vapor after being compressed at high temperature and pressure is led into the upper steam manifold to the heat exchanger, where the hot gas exchanges heat with water and condenses into liquid and flows to the high pressure tank located below. The device is cooled by a water spray system from nozzles evenly distributed right above the heat exchanger.

After exchanging heat with the refrigerant, the water heats up and is cooled by the air moving in the opposite direction from bottom to top, so the temperature of the water remains almost constant. All the condensation heat of the refrigerant has been discharged by the air. The air moves forcibly by fans placed above (exhaust fans) or below (blower fans). Additional water is supplied completely automatically by the float valve.

Heat exchange coil

• The heat exchange coil is completely hot-dip galvanized after complete installation, the zinc layer thickness is up to 70 microns, significantly increasing the coil's lifespan.
•  Oval heat exchanger tube 21.6 x 31.7, 1.5mm thick increases heat exchange efficiency, the entire heat exchanger tube has no welded joints, minimizing risks during use.
• Design pressure 20 bar, heat exchange coil is tested for durability, tightness according to pressure standards before and after hot-dip galvanizing to ensure safety before putting into use.

Axial fan

• The fan blades are mounted directly on the motor for high transmission efficiency, simple structure, low maintenance cost.
• The fan has a large diameter and low speed, the noise is 3-5dB lower than conventional fans, the wind speed is uniform, and it saves energy. The fan blades are made of high-strength aluminum alloy, small in size and good in corrosion resistance.
• Using specialized motor for condenser, with high protection level IP55, withstands harsh working environment and high temperature

Water pump

• Use horizontal water pump specialized for condenser, low pressure head, large flow, low energy consumption
• Water pump is installed inside the condenser, limiting environmental impact and increasing lifespan.
• Using WEG or Simens motor with high protection level IP55, low power.
• The suction head of the water pump is equipped with a filter net and an anti-vortex system to help the pump operate stably. The discharge head is equipped with a flow switch to protect the motor.

Water shield

• Made of PVC plastic, with optimal shape, minimizing water loss during operation.
• Withstand harsh environments, high durability and longevity

Water nozzle

• The nozzle has large diameter and flow, anti-clogging, ensuring even and continuous water distribution to the coil, improving heat exchange efficiency.
• Easy to disassemble for cleaning

Air intake

• Made of SUS 304 stainless steel, ensuring easy air circulation, while preventing water from splashing out, keeping the condenser dry and saving water.
• Doors are arranged on all 4 sides, convenient for cleaning and operation.
