Operating Principle of Re-freezer

Products are continuously moved through the thawing chamber on a mesh conveyor specifically designed for food processing. Through the air distribution system, high-pressure cold air streams are blown directly and continuously onto both the top and bottom surfaces of the product. These cold air streams circulate at high speed, continuously breaking the thermal layers around the product. This allows the cold air streams to directly contact and penetrate deeply into the product. As a result, the product thawing process occurs very quickly, preserving cell structure, reducing water loss, and saving operating energy.

Insulated Re-freezer Chamber Panels

The wall and ceiling panels are insulated with 125mm thick polyurethane, density 40-42kg/m3, sprayed by high-pressure machines.
+ Wall panel: Inner surface covered with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel, outer surface covered with 0.8mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel with scratch-resistant adhesive tape.
+ Ceiling panel: Inner surface covered with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel, outer surface covered with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel with scratch-resistant adhesive tape.
+ Floor panel: Inner surface covered with 1.2mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel, outer surface covered with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel, cast and welded, waterproof. Re-freezer floor is inclined to ensure complete water drainage during cleaning.
+ The doors are designed for cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
The doors are insulated with 125mm thick polyurethane, with a density of 40-42kg/m3. Both sides of the doors are covered with 0.8mm thick Inox SUS 304, with scratch-resistant adhesive tape. The locks and hinges of the doors are made of either Inox SUS 304 or plastic. The doors are equipped with silicone seals for tight closure, heating resistance to prevent snow buildup, and locks with mechanisms to prevent accidental locking from inside.

Re-freezer Conveyor Belt

Uses a specialized mesh conveyor belt for seafood processing, made of stainless steel with high heat transfer coefficient, meeting the strictest food safety standards.

Evaporator

The evaporator uses heat exchange tubes made of stainless steel or copper and aluminum fins, depending on the refrigeration system. The technical specifications of the evaporator are calculated and selected to ensure optimal heat exchange efficiency, continuous operation for a long time, and energy cost savings. The evaporator equipment is supplied by reputable suppliers such as Guntner, Thermofin, Kelvion (EU).

Evaporator fan

The fan is made of aluminum alloy, high efficiency, low energy consumption, supplied by Ziehl-Abegg or Rosenberg from Germany.
The fan motor is specially designed for IQF, with IP56 standard for complete insulation and moisture resistance. The motor casing is coated with a special protective layer to ensure durability in low-temperature environments. Motors are provided by ABB or WEG.

Control cabinet

The control cabinet is made of anti-corrosion stainless steel, with moisture and water resistance functions. Equipment and components are sourced from famous brands from the EU, USA, or Japan such as Rockwell, Schneider, Siemens ABB, and Mitsubishi.
