Working principle
The ice making process is carried out inside a 2-layer cylinder. The inner surface of the round cylinder is made of stainless steel, the outer surface is made of Pu insulated steel, between the 2 layers is an evaporating liquid refrigerant. Water is pumped from the water tank placed below to the water tray above. Water from the tray flows through the pipe system and sprays evenly onto the inner surface of the cylinder. Here the water is cooled quickly by heat exchange with the refrigerant in the middle, part of the water freezes into ice that adheres to the inner surface of the cylinder, the remainder flows back to the tank and continues to be pumped to the water tray above.
When the ice is frozen thick enough, the ice cutter will cut it into small pieces and drop it into the storage tank or ice warehouse located directly below.
