Tan Long designs and manufactures at its Duc Hoa plant and delivers turnkey IQF freezing systems, cold stores, batch freezers, flake ice machines and control cabinets for seafood, agricultural and F&B plants nationwide.

Ba nhóm thiết bị cấp đông dễ nhầm nhất là IQF, tủ đông tiếp xúc và hầm đông gió. Nguyên tắc chọn: sản phẩm cần rời từng miếng thì dùng băng chuyền IQF; sản phẩm đóng khay hoặc ép block thì dùng tủ đông tiếp xúc; khối lượng lớn và nhiều chủng loại thay đổi theo mùa vụ thì dùng hầm đông gió.

Chọn theo dạng sản phẩm đầu ra. Băng chuyền IQF cấp đông rời từng miếng nên phù hợp cá phi lê, tôm, mực và rau củ cần tơi rời khi rã đông. Tủ đông tiếp xúc cấp đông theo mẻ cho hàng đóng khay hoặc ép block. Nhà máy làm cả hai dạng thường lắp song song hai thiết bị thay vì chọn một.

Có. Trong 29 công trình Tân Long công bố, phạm vi dao động từ 2 hạng mục như tại Đa Quốc Gia IDI đến 21 hạng mục như tại Thủy sản sạch Việt Nam. Chủ đầu tư có thể đặt riêng một cụm thiết bị hoặc giao trọn gói cả hệ thống.
Phần lớn công trình Tân Long thực hiện dùng NH3 (R717) nhờ hiệu suất lạnh cao ở dải nhiệt độ cấp đông. Với tải gián tiếp và khu vực cần tránh môi chất độc, Tân Long dùng thêm mạch glycol. Tân Long cũng đã triển khai CO2 kết hợp NH3 tại Lotte FG Việt Nam và R404a tại Agrex Sài Gòn.
Kỹ sư Tân Long đề xuất phương án kỹ thuật kèm dự toán trong 03 – 05 ngày làm việc, tính từ khi nhận đủ mặt bằng, công suất mong muốn và loại nguyên liệu cần cấp đông hoặc bảo quản.
