Operating Principle

The products to be frozen are pre-processed and stacked into blocks using aluminum trays, then the product trays are placed in the gap between two heat exchange plates. The hydraulic system presses the heat exchange plates down to a pre-set gap, at which point the product is evenly contacted on both surfaces. The refrigerant with low temperature passing through the heat exchange plate surfaces will quickly freeze the product. Once the product reaches the required temperature, the hydraulic system lifts the heat exchange plates to create the initial gap for easy removal and storage of the product. Then the process continues with the freezing of another batch of products according to the same principle.

Insulation Panel

The wall and ceiling panels are insulated with 150mm thick polyurethane, density of 40-42kg/m3, sprayed by high-pressure machines.
+ Wall panel: Inner surface covered with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel, outer surface covered with 0.8mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel with scratch-resistant adhesive tape.
+ Ceiling panel: Inner surface covered with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel, outer surface covered with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel with scratch-resistant adhesive tape.
+ Floor panel: Inner surface covered with 1.2mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel, outer surface covered with 0.6mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel.
The door is insulated with 125mm thick polyurethane, density of 40-42kg/m3. Both sides of the door are covered with 0.8mm thick SUS 304 stainless steel with scratch-resistant adhesive tape. Locks, and hinges made of SUS 304 stainless steel or plastic. The door is equipped with silicone sealing gaskets, frost-resistant heating resistors, and locks with internal anti-locking mechanisms.
