Why use a single turnkey contractor
When the equipment scope and the construction scope go to two different companies, the risk usually appears in three places: a mismatch in capacity between the design and the equipment actually installed, a dispute over responsibility when the system fails to hold temperature, and a drawn-out commissioning period. How long does it take to build an industrial refrigeration system?
